Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policies are very straightforward. Before buying the products from our store, you may review all shipping policies.

Handling Time:

We will hand over your order to the courier company within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time:

The courier will deliver the product to the customer within 2 to 3 days (Monday to Friday).

Total Delivery Time:

Estimated total delivery time based on customer location 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-off Time:

Orders placed before 7 PM on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping within the United Kingdom on all orders.

Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status and location of your order until it reaches you.

Delivery Terms:

We mostly use Royal Mail to deliver the product. But it is not compulsory that we use Royal Mail. We can change the Delivery Platform anytime, depending on the Shipping Area and the Shipping time required by the customer. Like Evri , UPS, DPD

We only accept orders from the UK, and payments are accepted in Pounds only.
